STORE POLICY
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
We stand behind our Winexpert product 100%, and the entire Winexpert organization is behind us - and you. We're confident you'll love your wine. If you are not 100% satisfied with the Winexpert wine you make, we will replace your wine with a wine kit of equal or lesser value. Restrictions apply.

We simply ask that you do the following things:

1) Save the code numbers on the box top
They peel off so it's a good idea to stick the label to your kit's instructions.

2) Follow your wine kit's instructions
Different manufacturers have different instructions so you must follow the instructions that come with the kit you purchase.

3) The aging process
All 6 to 8 week premium wine kits need time to properly age before they should be enjoyed and therefore we may ask you to allow more time for aging before returning your wine. The 4 week value wine kits, including the house wine kits and fruit wine kits, do not age past bottling and are meant to be enjoyed right away. Any prolonged storage of the wine may result in an undesirable taste.

4) You must report any issues with your wine right away
Please bring in two bottles of your wine. Our staff will use one bottle to sample the wine and see if they can identify any problems that can be avoided in the future. The second bottle may be sent to the manufacturer for further analysis in their lab.

If eligible for a replacement kit you will be required to return your original undesired batch of wine to us before your replacement batch is processed. With this in mind we ask that you have at least 24 bottles (of the original 30) if you would like a replacement kit, any less than 24 bottles (of the original 30) we will be unable to provide you with a replacement kit. No exceptions. We will also replace your corks and labels (if applicable).

No refunds. Exchanges are only permitted should all requirements be fulfilled.

Sorry - but we are unable to replace wine that has been discarded before you contact us.
